摘要
文章目的是某款匹配成熟发动机的重卡牵引车应用电控风扇后,评估和验证其等速油耗的改善情况。利用CRUISE软件建立整车仿真模型进行计算,对等速油耗改善效果进行理论评估;分别在风扇自动控制状态和直连状态下测试整车的等速油耗,验证节油效果,并与理论评估结果进行对比和确认。通过分析和试验表明,重卡车型应用电控风扇后,可以显著改善经济性,提升产品竞争力。
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and verify the improvement of the constant-velocity fuel consumption after applying an electronic-controlled fan to a heavy-duty truck. The vehicle simulation model is established by using cruise software, and. evaluate constant-velocity fuel consumption improvement theoretically; Then test constant-velocity fuel consumption when the fan is in automatic-controlled state and direct connection state, and verify the effect, and compare with theoretical analysis. The analysis and test results show that the application of electronic-controlled fan on heavy-duty truck can significantly improve the economy and enhance the competitiveness of products.
