电机球阀式节温器在发动机冷却系统的应用研究

为降低车辆油耗,以满足日益严格的油耗法规,文章设计了一种在发动机冷却系统中使用电机球阀节温器,并通过控制电机球阀节温器的球阀开度来实现发动机运行水温控制,该控制基于发动机管理系统实现。

In order to reduce the vehicle fuel consumption to meet the increasingly stringent fuel consumption regulations, this paper designs a motor ball valve thermostat used in engine cooling system, and through controling the ball valve’s oposition of the motor ball valve thermostat to achieve the operation of the engine water temperature control, which is based on the engine management system.
