摘要
泄露是自然界常见的现象,在汽车实际使用过程中,漏油也是最常见的问题之一,而差速器处属于旋转密封,极易因漏油引起顾客的抱怨。而影响差速器油封密封性能除了配合轴、孔的尺寸精度外,半轴的安装偏心也很大程度上影响着油封的密封效果,文章从理论计算和实际测量两个方面,介绍半轴安装偏心的确定方法,为油封的设计提供边界输入,确保油封的密封效果。
Leakage is a common phenomenon in nature. In the actual use of the car, oil leakage is also one of the most common problems. And the differential is a rotary seal. It is extremely easy to complain about the customers because of the oil leak. The influence of the differential sealing performance of the differential oil seal is in addition to the size accuracy of the shaft and the hole. The installation eccentricity of the axle shaft also greatly affects the sealing effect of the oil seal. This paper is based on theoretical calculation and practical measurement. The method of determining the eccentricity of the axle shaft is introduced. Provide boundary input for the design of oil seal to ensure the sealing effect of the oil seal.
