摘要
文章介绍了一种湿式双离合器自动变速箱的离合器冷却流量控制方法,主要考虑离合器滑摩功、离合器油温和变速箱油温、换档状态等影响因素,根据整车实际工况计算得到期望的离合器冷却流量,恰到好处的为离合器提供适量的冷却流量,并在整车上进行了测试验证。
This paper introduces a method of controlling clutch cooling flow for a wet dual clutch automatic transmission. It mainly consider the influence factors such as clutch slipping power, clutch oil temperature, transmission oil temperature and shift state and so on. According to vehicle actual condition TCU calculates expected clutch cooling flow, and TCU will provide proper cooling flow to clutch. This strategy has test on a vehicle.
