摘要
在齿轮制造中由于热后加工时多以齿部节圆为基准要求保证端面、内孔跳动等,所以节圆夹是必需的工装。随着新产品研发的多样化,在制造中经常出现多齿数小模数斜齿轮。这类齿轮由于相邻齿廓间隙小,对应的节圆夹滚柱直径较小,传统节圆夹设计时常出现小直径滚柱外圆无法露出保持架外径的情况,导致卡盘无法夹持滚柱而定位齿部节圆。针对此类多齿数小模数斜齿轮,文章提出了一种多节粘接滚柱式斜齿节圆夹的设计方案。
In the gear manufacturing, due to the after-heat process always relies on pitch circle as a benchmark to ensure the end face, hole beating, etc., so the pitch circle fixture is a necessary tooling. With the diversification of new product development, helical gears with multi-tooth and small module often appear in the manufacturing. This type of gears due to clearance between the adjacent tooth profile is small, so the corresponding diameter of the roller is relatively small. During The traditional pitch circle fixture design, small diameter roller can not reveal the case of the outer diameter of the cage. Resulting in the chuck unable to hold the roller and positioning the tooth pitch circle. Aiming at this kind of multi-tooth and small-module helical gears, this paper presents a design scheme of pitch circle fixture for helical gears with multi-section adhesive rollers.
