摘要 文章分析了中间轴加工中心现场夹具中存在的问题,设计了一款电液气一体化夹具。通过带轴承的端面定位弹簧顶尖和带轴承的尾顶尖解决了对齿规变形、卡死问题;通过气动对齿规、气检开关、液压夹紧的使用实现了工序的自动化,为变速器中间轴类产品夹具快换,新产品工艺开发,自动化生产线的布置做好了准备。 This paper analyzes the problems existing in the fixture of countershaft processing center, and design a new fixture which combine electric hydraulic and pneumatic. By using the tail center which the bearing is installed and the plane positioning front center which the bearing and spring is installed to solve the problem of the locating pin stuck and deformation. By using the pneumatic locating pin, pneumatic inspecting switch, hydraulic tightening to achieve the processing automation and fast exchanging for different kind of countershaft, and get ready for new product development and automatic production line layout.
