门诊药房药事咨询窗口的作用与可持续发展

Function and sustainable development of pharmaceutical consultationwindow in outpatient pharmacy

目的 通过回顾性分析我院门诊药物咨询情况,了解其现状和分布特点,建立可持续发展模式.方法 选取2014-2016 年记录完整的用药咨询记录进行统计分析.结果 2014-2016 年总咨询人次逐年上升,其中女性咨询人次多于男性.咨询人群年龄中均表现为30-40 岁和60 岁以上人群的咨询次数较多,以青中年、老年人为主.本院咨询人群中主要以医师、护士为主,药师也占一定数量.院外主要以机关事业单位人员、自由职业人员为主,农民、学生咨询次数少.常见咨询内容为药物选择、用法用量、药物注意事项等11 事项.结论 我院门诊药房开展药物咨询工作有益于医护人员及广大患者,可提高医疗服务质量,但仍存在一定问题,需进一步改进.

Objective To analyze the situation of drug consultation in outpatient department of our hospital, to understandits current situation and distribution characteristics, and to establish a sustainable development model. Methods Select 2014-2016 year records, complete medication consultation, statistical analysis. Results In the 2014-2016 years, total consultationhours increased year by year, among which more women were consulted than men. The age of counseling population was 30-40 years old and 60 years old and above, and the number of counseling was more frequent among children, mainly middleaged,middle-aged and old people. The consultation group is mainly doctors and nurses, pharmacists also occupy a certainamount. Outside the hospital, mainly to organs, institutions, personnel, free professional personnel based, farmers, studentsless consultation. The common consultation contents are 11 aspects, such as the choice of medicine, the dosage and the noticeof medication. Conclusion It I s b eneficial t o t he medical s taff a nd t he m ajority of p atients t o c arry out t he work of d rugconsultation in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital, which can improve the quality of medical service, but there are still someproblems, which need to be further improved.
