急诊手术治疗新鲜下颈椎骨折脱位并脊髓损伤128例分析

Effect of emergency surgical treatment on fracture and dislocation of lower cervicalspine associated with spinal cord injury

目的 探究急诊手术治疗新鲜下颈椎骨折脱位并脊髓损伤的情况,总结临床经验.方法 针对128 例下颈椎骨折脱位并脊髓损伤患者进行急诊手术治疗,同时对其临床情况进行分析,分析患者新鲜下颈椎骨折脱位并脊髓损伤进行急诊手术治疗的效果,同时针对其注意事项进行简单总结.结果 128 例患者经过急诊手术治疗,其临床情况均得到有效改善,持续观察时发现患者床上坐起时间（颈围保护下）为3.12±0.15 天,患者下床活动时间为12.05±0.75 天.结论 急诊手术治疗新鲜下颈椎骨折脱位并脊髓损伤能够及时帮助患者得到有效恢复,减少继发损伤出现的可能,同时该方法对患者治疗后,无并发症情况产生也说明了急诊手术治疗对于患者的安全性,因此值得临床借鉴.

Objective To investigate the Effect of emergency surgical treatment on fracture and dislocation of lower cervicalspine associated with spinal cord injury. Methods 128 patients with fracture and dislocation of lower cervical spine and spinalcord injury were treated with emergency surgery, and the clinical situation was analyzed. To investigate the effect of emergencysurgical treatment for fresh lower cervical fracture and dislocation associated with spinal cord injury, and to give abrief summary of its precautions. Results 128 patients were treated by emergency surgery, and their clinical conditions wereeffectively improved. Found in the bed when the duration of observation （neck protection） for 3.12 ＋ 0.15 days, patients out ofbed activity time was 12.05 ＋ 0.75 days after follow-up, the patients recovered well, no complications phenomenon. ConclusionTo investigate the Effect of emergency surgical treatment on fracture and dislocation of lower cervical spine associated,and found that it can timely help patients recover effectively, reduce the possibility of secondary injury. At the same time, thismethod has no complications after the treatment of patients, and also shows the safety of emergency surgery for patients, so itis worthy of clinical reference.
