改良式毕Ⅱ式胃空肠吻合术治疗胃癌126例临床观察

The Improvement of clinical observation of 126 cases of type a Billroth IIgastrojejunostomy in treatment of gastric cancer

目的 探究临床治疗胃癌患者的过程中,应用改良式毕Ⅱ式胃空肠吻合术治疗,观察其临床治疗效果,为临床肿瘤治疗奠定基础.方法 自我院2015 年5 月-2016 年7 月期间收治的126 例胃癌患者,对比患者应用不同治疗方案进行治疗,观察临床疗效.结果 予以不同治疗方案后,对试验组患者采用改良式毕Ⅱ式胃空肠吻合术治疗的各项手术相关指标改善情况均明显优于对照组,如手术时间机出血量、住院时间等,差异显著（P 〈 0.05）.对试验组患者采用改良式毕Ⅱ式胃空肠吻合术治疗的并发症发生情况显著低于对照组,如腹痛、吻合口溃疡等,差异显著（P 〈 0.05）.对试验组患者采用改良式毕Ⅱ式胃空肠吻合术治疗的生活质量评分（46.8±10.8）明显优于对照组（32.6±10.2）,差异显著（P 〈 0.05）.结论 临床治疗胃癌患者的过程中,改良的毕Ⅱ式胃空肠吻合术可显著改善患者的各项手术相关指标,加速患者健康的恢复,避免并发症的发生,应广泛推广.

Objective To explore t he t reatment of patients w ith gastric cancer clinical t reatment,application of modifiedBillroth II gastrojejunostomy,observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment,and lay the foundation for the clinical tumor.Methods 126 cases of patients with gastric cancer admitted to self hospital in May 2015-2016 July,on treatment than patientsof different regimens,clinical observation. Results To be different after treatment,the test group were treated with the surgicaltreatment of the relevant indicators improved Billroth II gastrojejunostomy improvement were significantly better than thecontrol group,such as machine operation time bleeding,hospitalization time,significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.Significantly lowerthan the control group,the incidence of the test group were treated by modified Billroth II gastrojejunostomy complicationssuch as abdominal pain,anastomotic ulcer,significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.In the experimental group were treated by modified Billroth Ⅱ gastrojejunostomy life quality score（46.8±10.8）was better than the control group（32.6＋10.2）,significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion the clinical treatment of patients with gastric cancer,modified Billroth II gastrojejunostomy cansignificantly improve the surgery related indicators of patients,patients with accelerated recovery of health,avoid complicationsOccur,should be widely promoted.
