升陷通脉汤治疗老年冠心病75例

Treatment of Elderly Coronary Heart Disease by ascending of Tongmai Decoction

目的 探讨利用升陷通脉汤与西药进行联合使用的方法对老年人冠心病的治疗效果.方法 选择2015 年1 月到2016 年12月之间在我医院进行冠心病治疗的患者150 例,按照随机数字的方法分为两个组,对照组和观察组,每个组均为75 名患者,分别给予单纯西药进行治疗和利用升陷通脉汤与西药进行联合治疗,比较治疗的效果.结果 在对照组与观察组患者的-般临床资料的比较中,两个组别的性别,年龄,BMI,高血脂糖尿病几个项目数据的差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0. 05）,对照组患者和观察组患者在治疗前血小板聚集率和血清CRP 的数据差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）,在进行治疗后,两个组的数据与治疗前的数据差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,从数值上看,均为治疗后低于治疗前,在治疗后的数据中,对照组和观察组的差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,从数值上看,均为观察组低于对照组,对照组的治疗有效率为94.67%,观察组的治疗有效率为100.00%,两组治疗有效率的数据差异具有统计学意义（x^2=4.110,P〈0.05）, 观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组的,两个组的治疗效果数据差异也具有统计学意义（z=5.945,P〈0.05）, 容易看出观察组的治疗效果优于对照组.结论 使用利用升陷通脉汤与西药联合使用的方法对老年冠心病患者进行治疗,可以提升治疗的效果,值得在临床范围内进行推广.

Objective To explore the use of ascending Tongmai Tang and Western medicine in combination with the methodof treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 150 patients who underwent coronary heart disease treatmentin our hospital between January 2015 and December 2016 were divided into two groups according to the random numbermethod. The control group and the observation group were 75 patients in each group, Respectively, to give a simple Westernmedicine for treatment and the use of ascending Tongmai Tang and Western medicine for combined treatment, compare theeffect of treatment. Result T here was no statistically significant difference i n gender, age, BMI, and hyperlipidemia dietarydata between the two groups （P〉 0.05） in the control group and the general clinical data of the observation group （P〉 0.05）There was no significant difference in the platelet aggregation rate and serum CRP between the two groups before and aftertreatment （P〉 0.05）. After the treatment, the data of the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. From the numericalpoint of view, the difference between the control group and the observation group was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） inthe data after treatment, which was lower than that before treatment. （P 〈0.05）. The effective rate of the two groups was statisticallysignificant, and the effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant （x2 = 4.110, P 〈0.05）. The observationgroup was significantly higher than the control group （94.67%）, the effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00%. It waseasy to see that the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the therapeuticeffect of the two groups was statistically significant （z = 5.945, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of the use of ascending TongmaiTang and Western medicine in combination with the method of treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, canenhance the effect of treatment, it is worth to promote the scope of clinical.
