两种带教模式在护理本科生临床实践中的应用效果比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨护理本科生科学的临床教学方法,提高临床带教质量.方法 将2014 年至2016 年在我院临床实习的60 名四年制护理本科生,按照方便抽样的方法分成实验组和对照组各30 名,对照组采取传统的“一对一导师制”带教模式;实验组在对照组的基础上采用“211”带教法进行带教.结果 两组护生在带教满意率、临床能力自评和实习效果考评中差异均有统计学意义.结论 实验组所采取的“211”带教模式,提高了临床带教质量. Objective To explore the scientific clinical teaching method of undergraduate nursing students, improve thequality of clinical teaching. Methods From 2014 to 2016 ,60 nursing undergraduates who intern in our hospital is divided intoexperimental group and control group in accordance with the convenient sampling method, each group has 30 students. Thecontrol group use the traditional "one to one tutorial system" ; the experimental group use "211" teaching method on the basisof the experimental group method. Results Two groups in the teaching satisfaction, self-evaluation of clinical practice abilityand effect evaluation had statistical significance. Conclusion "211" clinical teaching method can improve the clinical teachingquality.
