摘要
目的 探讨多元化职业防护强化教育对降低护理实习生针刺伤的临床研究,为临床护理带教提供参考依据.方法 选择2013 年至2014 年在我院实习的大专以上的实习生80 人作为常规组,2014 年至2015 年在我院实习的大专以上的实习生102 人作为强化组,分析两组经过培训后发生针刺伤的差异.结果 实习结束后,两组护生实习期间发生针刺伤的人数有统计学意义（P〈 0.05）,两组护生实习期间发生针刺伤后采取正确处理流程的人数有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）.结论 实习护生是职业暴露的高危人群,多元化职业防护教育可以增加学生对职业防护的意识,认识到职业暴露的危害性,减少职业暴露的发生.
Objective To explore the effects of Diversified Vocational Education on reducing the nursing interns’ needlestab injury, and to provide reference for clinical nursing teaching. Methods 80 nursing interns in our hospital were selectedin 2013-2014 as control group, 102 nursing interns were selected in 2014-2015 as reinforcement group, the differences of thetwo groups after training were analyzed. Results After the practice, there was a significant difference between the two groupsinterns in the incidence of needle injury （P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between the two groups of nursing studentsin the process of correct treatment after needle injury （P〈0.05）.Conclusions T he nursing i nterns a re t he h igh r isk g roup ofoccupational exposure. The diversified Vocational Education can effectively reduce the occurrence of occupational exposureincrease the students’ awareness of occupational protection and realize the harm of occupational exposure.
