分析内分泌科护理缺陷产生的原因

Analysis of the causes of nursing defects in endocrine departments

目的 针对目前内分泌科护理现状,对内分泌科产生护理缺陷的原因进行临床分析.方法 收集自2014 年8 月～ 2016 年5月在我院内分泌科进行护理工作的医护人员的513 份护理日志,分析在分泌科护理过程中常遇到的问题,总结内分泌科产生护理缺陷的原因,统计患者的满意度,并提出相应的改革方案.结果 观察本院内分泌科进行护理工作的医护人员的护理日志发现：①内分泌科产生护理缺陷的原因主要有责任意识缺陷、人才缺陷、交流缺陷、记录缺陷以及管理缺陷.②护理责任缺陷以及记录缺陷是造成内分泌科护理缺陷的主要原因,占总数的69.76%.结论 对我院内分泌科产生护理缺陷的原因进行调研并对其调研报告进行分析,有助于提高本院内分泌科的患者的满意度,临床价值大.

Objective According w ith the present status of endocrine nursing c are, to investigate the cause of nursingdefects in endocrinology. Methods A total of 513 nursing logs of medical staff were collected in our endocrinology departmentfrom August 2014 to May 2016. The problems of nursing in the endocrinology department were analyzed, and the case ofproblems were summarized. The patient satisfaction was analyzed for corresponding reform program. Results The nursinglogs indicated that： （1）the main reasons of nursing defects in endocrinology department were Lack of responsibility, defectsin talent, communication defects, record defects and management deficiencies. （2）Nursing responsibility defects and recorddefects are the main causes of nursing defects in endocrinology, accounting for 69.76%. Conclusion Analysis of the causes ofnursing defects in endocrine departments helps to improve the patients’ satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical value.
