中药外敷联合小夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of External Fixation of Traditional Chinese MedicineCombined with Small Plywood in the Treatment of Distal Fracture of Radius

目的 探讨中药外敷联合小夹板外固定对桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效.方法 选取2015 年5 月-2017 年5 月我院收治的108例桡骨远端骨折患者,随机将其分为两组（对照组54 例和研究组54 例）,对照组患者采取复位后进行小夹板外固定治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联合中药外敷,并比较不同组患者临床疗效.结果 在临床治疗总有效率方面,研究组患者显著高于对照组（P 〈 0.05）;研究组患者骨折愈合时间为（4.2±1.1）d,对照组患者骨折愈合时间为（5.7±1.3）d,比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈 0. 05）.结论 小夹板外固定术联合中药外敷对桡骨远端骨折临床疗效确切,且能有效缩短骨折愈合时间,其值得推广借鉴.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine external fixation combined with smallsplint external fixation on distal radius fracture.Methods Selected in May 2015 - May 2017 my hospital admitted to 108 patientswith distal radius fractures,Were randomly divided into two groups （54 cases in the control group and 54 in the studygroup） ,The patients in the control group were treated with small splint external fixation,Study group of patients in the controlgroup based on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine, and compare the clinical efficacy of different groups of patients.Results In the total effective rate of clinical treatment, the study group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）; The duration of fracture healing was （4.2 ± 1.1） d in the study group,The time of fracture healing was （5.7 ± 1.3） daysin the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Small external fixation combinedwith external application of traditional Chinese medicine on the distal radius of the distal clinical accuracy, and can effectivelyshorten the fracture healing time, it is worth promoting reference.
