摘要
依据陕重汽X3000车型用空气悬架后导向臂的产品图纸,设计生产工艺,利用现有板簧生产设备,编制生产工艺卡,制定加工工艺流程,成功生产出该产品。实现产品批量供货,满足了客户要求。弥补了我公司生产重卡导向臂的空白。
This paper introduces the production process with the existing leaf spring production equipmentand establishesthe processing flow chart according to product drawing ofX3000 model uses an air suspension rear steering arm fromSXQC,and successfully produced the product.Achieve mass supply of products to meet customerrequirements.
