摘要
介绍了在顶底复吹转炉补炉时加入生铁提高护炉效果的实践。新疆昆玉钢铁炼钢厂应用表明,该工艺能够降低耐火材料的消耗,缩短补炉时间,具有明显的经济效益。该工艺主要是通过对转炉渣的的碱度及氧化性调整,加入生铁块在炉衬表面生成一层高熔点的矿物质增强转炉的炉衬耐机械冲刷侵蚀。
The paper introduces a practical method to improve the effect of lining protection through casting the iron inthe process of combined-blowing converter furnace. It is proved that this technology can reduce the consumption of refrac-tory material and shorten the fettling time in the practice of Kunyu steel.The method have an obvious economic benefits.The progress mainly adjustment of basicity and oxidation of converter slag, combine to cast the iron, as a results, to gener-atea high melting point of minerals in the lining surface, and enhance mechanical resistant erosion and scour of converterlining.
