摘要
目的:分析大理大学青年女教师在婚姻、家庭、学校及个人意识方面所面临的困境,提出提高该群体的职业素质的建议和意见,促进学校青年教师队伍的可持续发展。方法:通过文献分析归纳国内各高校青年女教师职业发展所面临的困境,提出帮助大理大学青年女教师群体走出困境的有效措施。结果:通过社会支持和改变个人意识,进行合理的阶段性职业发展规划能有效地缓解高校青年女教师在家庭和事业双重压力下产生的消极心态。
Objective This article focuses on the analysis of youngfemale teachers' dilemmas in marriage, family, school and indi-vidual consciousness in Dali University, and puts forward sug-gestions and opinions to improve the professional quality of thegroup, and to promote the sustainable development of youngteachers' team in the school. Methods: Through literature analy-sis, this article summarized young female teachers' predicamentin professional development in domestic universities, and offeredthe effective measures to help young female teachers in Dali Uni-versity. Results: The social support, the change of the individualconsciousness, and the reasonable stage career developmentplans can effectively ease the young female teachers in collegesand universities who got to the negative mentality under the dou-ble pressures of family and career.
