目前我国政府以及相关教育部门在不同方面加大了人力、物力以及财力的投入力度,目的就是为了有效推进中小学教师的培训进程。然而受到各因素的制约,教师培训工作尤其是民族地区农村教师的培训工作还存在着形式化以及低效的问题。本篇论文将对民族地区农村教师培训存在的问题及解决策略展开详细论述。

At present, our government and related education de-partments have increased human, material and financial invest-ment in different aspects, the purpose of which is to effectivelypromote the training of primary and secondary school teachers.However, due to the constraints of various factors, teacher train-ing, especially in minority rural areas, is still formalized and inef-ficient. This paper will elaborate the problems and solutions ofrural teacher training in minority areas.
