当下社会经济高速发展,管理学人才需求缺口始终存在,对此高校管理学的教学也开始顺应社会对管理学人才的需要进行改革。为了改革的效果,需要对以往高校管理学教学中暴露的问题进行分析,从问题中找到改革的方向,同时也要注意改革的力度和稳定性。

With the rapid development of society and economy atpresent, management talents are always in demand, so manage-ment teaching in universities has been reformed to meet the so-cial demand for management talents. In order to ensure the re-form effect, we need to analyze the problems exposed in the pre-vious management teaching in universities, find the direction ofthe reform from the problems, and also pay attention to the inten-sity and stability of the reform.
