摘要
近年来,苏州市文化产业发展取得了显著成绩,但文化管理人才供需矛盾日益突出。基于苏州地方经济发展的文化市场经营与管理专业人才培养,应结合苏州市文化产业的发展重点,按照岗位群的需要,分解能力目标,确保所培养的人才在观念体系、专业知识和专业能力结构等方面的构建和优化。
In recent years, the development of cultural industry inSuzhou has achieved remarkable results, but the contradictionbetween the supply and demand of cultural management person-nel has become increasingly prominent. In the cultivation of cul-tural market operation and management professionals based onthe local economic development of Suzhou, we should focus onthe development of cultural industry in Suzhou City, and divideability goals in accordance with the needs of the post group, so asto ensure that the professional cultivated can construct and opti-mize their concept system, professional knowledge and profes-sional ability structure.
