摘要
教育教学理念的落后导致民族地区的教育教学质量相对于发达地区来说,部分存在着重量不重质、重结果不重过程、形式大于内容等问题。有鉴于此,文章将多方利益主体引入对学生学习效果的评估当中,并采用科学的AHP层次分析法对此进行评价,以期探索解决长期以来民族地区对于教育教学的评估描述性研究居多、定量评价不足等问题。
The backwardness of education and teaching ideas hasled to some problems in the quality of education and teaching inethnic areas compared with developed areas, such as attachingtoo much importance to quantity instead of quality, laying moreemphasis on result than on process, paying more attention to formthan to content. In view of this, this paper will introduce mul-ti-stakeholders into the evaluation of students' learning effect,and use the AHP analytic hierarchy process to evaluate, in orderto solve the long-standing problems in ethnic areas, such as thetendency of descriptive research on education and teaching eval-uation, and insufficient quantitative evaluation.
