基于“天府模式”的EAP设想

摘要 近年来,我国高校加强了对大学生心理健康教育&职业生涯规划指导的重视程度,与此同时,也取得了一系列的研究成果,然而对于高校教职员工群体的心理关注和职业生涯规划指导,无论是在制度建设还是实际操作层面,都十分欠缺。而教职员工作为指导学生工作的重要开拓者与实践者,其心理健康状况与职业生涯规划意识对于高校学工管理有着重要影响,因此,在西南财经大学天府学院引入"天府模式"的EAP,既有助于教职员工树立健康人格、完善自我,同时也有利于学院的长期发展与稳定。本文系我们对高校心理健康教育工作的一点思考,以一定的调查资料(问卷调查、语音访谈)为基础,借此说明在我院开展员工援助计划的必要性。 In recent years, the mental health education and careerplanning guidance of college students are strengthened in ourcountry, anda series of research results have been achieved, butregardless of the system construction level or actual operationlevel, there is a great shortage of attention to the mental problemsand career planning guidance of college staff and teachers. Asthey are important pioneers and practitioners who guide studentwork, the mental health status and career planning consciousnessof college teaching staff have important influence on the manage-ment of college students. Therefore, the EAP of "Tianfu model" isintroduced in Tianfu College of Southwest University of Financeand Economics, aiming to help teaching staff to establish healthypersonality and improve themselves, and at the same time, ensurethe long-term development and stability of the college. Based onthinking about mental health education work in colleges and uni-versities, our study illustrates the necessity of carrying out staffassistance plan in our colleges, by the investigation methods,such as questionnaire survey and voice interview.
