摘要
目的:了解青少年心理健康教育的现状及其对生命意义感的影响,为提高学校心理健康教育提供决策参考。方法:以自编青少年心理健康教育现状调查问卷、生命意义感量表为工具,在江苏盐城、无锡、苏州等地随机分层抽取575名中学生和大学生进行调查。结果:(1)青少年心理健康教育的总体状况良好,但还存在学校课外活动组织较少、教师课后对学生关心不够、学生主动咨询比例偏低等问题;(2)父母关系、课时数、课程指导性、课外实践以及自我关注等因素对青少年的生命意义感有显著性的正向预测作用(F=6.95,P<0.001,R2=0.22)。结论:学校心理健康教育会影响青少年的生命意义感。
Objective To learn about the current situation of psy-chological health education for adolescents and its influence onthe perception of life meaning, thus providing decision-makingreference for improving school psycholigical health education.Method: 575 high school students and college students were ran-domly selected from Yancheng, Wuxi and Suzhou of Jiangsu;asurvey was conducted on them with the questionnaire on the sta-tus quo of psychological health education for adolescents and thescale on perception of life meaning. Results: (1) The overall situ-ation of psychological health education for adolescents is favor-able, but there are still some problems, such as few extracurricu-lar activities, insufficient care for students and few active consul-tation; (2) Parent relationship, class hours, curriculum guidance,extracurricular practice and self-attention are of significant posi-tive predicative role for adolescents' perception of life meaning(F=6.95, P〈0.001, R2=0.22). Conclusion: School psychologicalhealth education affects adolescents' perception of life meaning.
