Starts from the status quo and realistic significance ofstudies on gender differences in language, the concrete manifes-tations and causes of the differences, this paper aims to point outthe enlightenment of the studies to contemporary people＇s lan-guage communication and put forward the strategies to deal withthe differences, thus promoting social harmony by helping peopleto overcome the misunderstandings in communication caused bythe differences.
