摘要 木薯不耐霜雪,适合在热带或者亚热带气候环境中栽培的生长习性,造成低温是影响其生长发育及产量的重要环境因子,年平均温度15℃以下的地区均不利于其正常生长发育。木薯抗寒性的提高,可以扩大木薯种植区域,并使其高产优质。文章综述木薯抗寒性各方面的研究以及最新进展,包括国内外木薯抗寒形态变化、生理生化研究以及分子方面的研究;提出木薯抗寒性研究中还存在的一些潜在困难,同时对未来工作重心进行展望。 Cassava is not resistant to frost and snow, and is suitable for cultivation in tropical or subtropical climate environment. Low temperature is the important environmental factor that affects the growth and yield of cassava. The areas with annual average temperature below 15℃ are not conducive to its normal growth and development. Cassava hardiness improvement can greatly expand the cassava acreage and improve its yield and quality. Cassava cold resistance are reviewed in terms of researches and the latest progresses, including domestic and foreign cassava cold-resistant morphological change, physiological and biochemical and molecular aspects. There are some potential difficulties in the research of cassava cold-resistant, at the same time the future focus is prospected.
