Research on the Construction of Fujian Scientific and Technical Report Submitting System

科技报告呈交系统是科技报告服务管理系统的重要组成部分。福建省科技报告管理中心在省科技计划项目管理信息系统的项目验收环节增加科技报告撰写和呈交模块,收集和审核科技报告元数据和报告文本等,成功开发了科技报告呈交系统,实现了与管理服务系统的无缝对接和实时反馈,达到科技报告的程序管理要求。本文在介绍福建省科技报告呈交系统构建思路、实现功能和实施效果的基础上,分析了存在的问题,提出了今后进一步改进的建议。

Te scientifc and technical report submitting system is an important part of service management system. The Fujian scientific and technical report management center has increased scientific and technical report writing and submitting module in project acceptance to collect and auditing scientific and technical report metadata and report text, developed a scientific and technical report submitting system, realizing the seamless docking and real-time feedback with service management system, so as to meet scientific and technical report program management requirements. In the future, we will improve the management process and adaptability of Fujian scientifc and technical report submitting system, and increase scientifc and technical report management quality and efciency.
