高职院校学生信息管理系统存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Student Information Management System in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过对山东省部分高职院校的调研,总结了当前高职院校学生信息管理系统普遍存在的一些问题,以此为基础,从基本原则、模块布局、制度保障、完善实施等几个方面,提出改进学生信息管理系统的对策,以期建设目标明确、规划合理、功能完善、契合高职院校相关管理工作的学生信息管理系统。

Through the investigation and research in some higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province, in this paper some problems that exist in the current student information management sys-tem in Higher Vocational Colleges are summed up. Based on the investigation, a strategy was pro-posed to improve the students＇ information management system from four aspects： the basic princi-ples, the module layout, the system guarantee and the perfection of implementation. The goal of the research is to construct a student information management system with definite goal, reasonable plan-ning, perfect functioning to support the relevant management work in higher vocational colleges.
