特殊教育学校开展职业教育的现状及对策研究

特殊教育学校职业教育是职业教育的一部分。对于残障学生来说,特教学校职业教育为他们搭建了一座通往自强自立生活的桥梁。调查发现,目前青岛市的几所特教学校的职业教育综合发展较好,但是在招生数量、教学内容和方式、就业服务等方面还有待完善。完善特教学校职业教育有助于减少残疾障碍,提升残障学生的就业机会,使他们平等、公正地融入社会,享受应有的权力和待遇。

The vocational education of special education schools is a part of the vocational educa-tion. For the disabled students, the vocational education of special education schools bridges them to a life of self-reliance. By investigating and research, several special education schools in Qingdao devel-op fairly well on the whole, while some aspects need to be perfected, such as students enrollment, teaching contents and methods, job-hunting services. Improving the vocational education in special ed-ucation schools helps reduce the disability obstacles, increase the disabled employment opportunities for students, make them equal and fair to integrate into the society, and enjoy their due rights and treatments.
