民营企业产业链协同创新发展研究

Research on Coordinated Innovation of the Industry Chain of Private Enterprises

当前,随着创新载体、创新模式及创新环境的转变,发挥民营企业创新主体作用,推进民营企业产业链协同创新发展是提升我国产业竞争力的必然选择。但由于产业链上不同企业间经营理念、运行机制、研发水平的差异及协同机制的缺失,致使民营企业产业链协同创新发展仍面临较多障碍。实践中,民营企业产业链协同创新发展主要形成了产业链合作模式、大企业主导模式及政府引导模式。民营企业要借鉴这些模式中的成功经验,并采取措施进一步优化发展环境、提升创新能力、保障协同创新等,切实推进民营企业产业链协同创新发展。

In order to improve the industry competitive power in China, it is necessary to give play to the prin-ciple function of private enterprises in innovation, when currently the carrier, model and environment of innovation have all been transformed. But due to the difference in management idea, operation mechanism, and research level among different enterprises in the industry chain, and the lack of coordinated mechanism, there still exist many ob-stacles for the coordinated innovation and development of industry chain of private enterprises. In practice, Several main models have been formed for the coordinated innovation and development for the industry chain of private en-terprises, such as the model of cooperation of the industry chain, the model of dominance of big enterprises, and the model of government^ guidance. We should borrow the successful experience from these models, and adopt measures to further optimize the development environment, improve innovative ability, and ensure the coordinated innovation etc, so as to promote feasibly the coordinated innovation and development of the industry chain of private enterprises.
