Research on How to Quicken the Development of Private Technology Enterprises in China

民营科技企业具有民营性、营利性和科技型三个典型特征。在当前中国经济增速减缓、结构深入调整的状况下,民营科技企业依靠机制和技术优势步入了二次创业的新阶段,企业自身建设、融资支持和外部环境等方面还面临很多亟待解决的问题。应针对企业发展不同阶段的危机着力培育核心竞争力,通过选取适宜的营销策略、充足的财政金融、科学的激励机制和先进的企业文化等,加快我国民营科技企业发展。

Private technology enterprises have three classic characteristics ： privately operated, making profit, and pursuing advanced technology. Currently when China,s economy slows its step and makes adjustment deeply in its structure, private technology enterprises begin to enter the new phase of the second undertaking depending on their advantages in mechanism and technology, yet there still exist many problems to be solved in urgency in as-pects such as the building up of the enterprises, financial support and exterior environment etc. We should cultivate the core competitive ability aiming at the crises in the different stages of the development of enterprises, and quick-en the development of private technology enterprises in China by selecting appropriate strategies in marketing, suffi-cient financial support, scientific motivate mechanism, and advanced enterprise culture etc.
