后发地区先进制造业发展模式与路径选择研究

Research on the Development Mode and Path Selection of Advanced Manufacturing Industry in Underdeveloped Region

先进制造业是国家和区域核心竞争力的重要体现。与发达地区相比,后发地区发展先进制造业存在一定的劣势,但是新技术革命和新工业革命也给后发地区发展先进制造业提供了弯道超车机遇。后发地区先进制造业有三种基本的发展模式可供选择:一是技术创新及科技成果产业化,二是承接产业转移,三是传统制造业的改造提升。先进制造业发展的具体推动路径要依据区域科技资源基础、区域产业基础、产业类型特点、产业发展情况等进行选择。

Advanced manufacturing industry embodies the core competitiveness of the country and areas. Com-pared with developed areas, underdeveloped region has some disadvantages in developing advanced manufacturing industry. However, the new technology revolution and the new industry revolution also provide the opportunity of corner overtaking for underdeveloped areas to develop their advanced manufacturing industry. There are three basic development modes to be selected ： the first one is the technology innovation and industrialization of scientific and technical fruits, the second one is accepting the industry transfer, and the third one is the transformation and im-provement of traditional manufacturing industry. The specific path to promote the development of advanced manu-facturing industry should be selected according the factors such as the basis of science and technology resources in the areas, the industry basis in the areas, the characteristics of industry type, and the situation of industrial devel-opment etc.
