从严治党视域下大学生党员教育管理研究

Research on the Education and Management of Undergraduate Party Members in the View of Running the Party Strictly

大学生党员是中国共产党队伍的重要组成部分,是中国特色社会主义伟大事业的建设者和接班人。为了更好地推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业,在全面从严治党背景下,加强大学生党员的教育和管理,提高大学生党员党性具有重要意义。大学生党员党性现状与从严治党还存在一定差距,大学生党员还存在发展标准执行不到位、管理不严格、教育不全面等问题。为落实从严治党的新要求,需要从完善党员发展机制、严格管理机制、健全教育机制等方面开展有针对性的提升工作,全面做好做实大学生党员教育管理工作。

Undergraduate party members are the important part of Chinese Communist Party. They are the con-structors and successors for the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To promote the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, under the background of running the party strictly, it has great significance to strengthen the education and management of undergraduate party members and improve their party spirit. The current situation of undergraduate party members, party spirit still has certain gap for the requirement of running the party strictly, and there still exist some undesirable phenomenon for undergraduate party members. For exam-ple ,the standards for new party members are not carried out strictly, the management is not strict and the education not comprehensive etc. In order to meet the new requirement of running the party strictly, it is necessary to improve our work with pertinence in the following aspects ： complete the development system of party members, form the rig-orous management system and sound education system, so as to do well in practice the work of education and man-agement for undergraduate party members.
