再生混凝土抗压力学性能正交试验研究

摘要 运用正交试验方法研究再生混凝土标准试块的抗压力学性能,以粗骨料替代率、膨胀剂、钢纤维作影响因素,进行了9组共计27个试块的抗压试验。结果表明:考虑各因素、各水平的再生混凝土抗压强度相对原生混凝土低;膨胀剂与钢纤维分别对再生混凝土抗压强度具有削弱和增强作用,膨胀剂的作用幅度大;膨胀剂掺入量对再生混凝土标准试块抗压性能影响最明显,再生骨料替代率次之,钢纤维掺入量最小。 The compressive strength of recycled concrete standard test block was studied by orthogonal test. The compressive strength test of 9 groups was carried out with the ratio of coarse aggregate substitution rate, expansion agent and steel fiber. The results show that the compressive strength of reclaimed concrete is lower than that of primary concrete, and the expansion agent and steel fiber have the effect of weakening and strengthening the compressive strength of recycled concrete respectively. The effect of expansive agent is large, The compressive performance of recycled concrete standard test pieces is most obvious, and the replacement rate of recycled aggregate is the second,and the amount of steel fiber is the smallest.
