新牵引变电所1~#进线柜断路器线圈烧损分析

摘要 白云铁矿新牵引变电所负责全矿的直流系统供电,将6 000 V的交流电经整流变为直流1 500 V,给全矿的铁路生产系统供电。现对其进行升级改造,在改造期间,进行空线路试送电的过程中,发生断路器线圈烧损情况。根据断路器烧损现象,分析断路器线圈烧损原因,提出防止断路器线圈烧损的保护电路。 The new traction substation in Baiyun Iron Mine is responsible for direct current system power supply of the whole mine. The 6 000 V alternating current is rectified into DC 1 500 V to supply power for the whole mine s railway pro-duction system. Now it is being upgraded, and during the test of power supply line, coil burning of circuit breaker occurs. According to the phenomenon of circuit breaker burning, causes for coil burning of circuit breaker are analyzed, and protec-tive circuit for preventing coil burning of circuit breaker is put forward.
