摘要 电力机车使用年限长,线路状况下滑,移动排岩线路曲线半径相对较小等影响因素造成150 t电力机车主轴丝扣扣损故障经常发生。不利于安全生产,需进行主轴丝扣焊接车削,提高电力机车使用安全性和作业率。 The influence factors of electric locomotive such as long service life, line condition declining and relatively small curve radius of movable rock dumping route often lead to the failure of spindle thread damage in the 150t electric loco-motive. Thus, it is not conducive to safe production and requires the welding and turning of spindle thread to improve the use safety and operation rate of electric locomotive.
