大截面扇形缆芯成缆尾端超预扭操作法

摘要 大截面扇形或瓦形绝缘线芯电力电缆,成品电缆一般都会出现电缆尾端蛇形状问题,严重影响产品质量。分析原因,主要是在成缆工序尾端,绝缘线芯脱离放线盘后失去了预扭,造成成缆无节距。利用成缆机放线盘可以旋转的功能,在成缆工序尾端对绝缘线芯进行超预扭操作,通过"矫枉过正"使扇形或瓦形绝缘线芯预先变形,解决成缆尾端无节距的问题。 For fan or tile shaped big cross-section insulated cores power cables, the problem of snake shape on fin-ished cable end is often occurred. At the end of cabling process, the pre-twisting is lost on insulated cores after taken off from drum, by which no twisting pitch is caused. Because the taking off drum of cabling machine has the function of spinning, this function super pre-twisted operation is practiced on insulated cores at the end of cabling process. By this correct rectifying method, the fan shaped or tile shaped insulated cores are pre-shaped, then the problem of no pitch on cabling end is solved.
