摘要
测量不确定度表述的是测量结果的可信程度或是测量结果质量的定量表征。由于铝导体材质的特殊性,特别是大截面铝导体,导体电阻测量结果的不确定度显得非常重要。建立了大截面铝导体电阻测量不确定度的数学评价模型,并结合实测案例,给出了长、短样大截面铝导体QJ36型直流电阻测试系统的合成不确定度,并对影响其测量不确定度的分量进行了简单的分析,提出了改进测量的一些具体方案。
Uncertainty of measurement denotes the unauthentic extent of the test result, the characteristic scatter of the tested parameters is uncertainty of measurement. The aluminum conductor resistance is the one of the most impor-tant test parameters, so the discussion on uncertainty of measurement is valuable. The conception of uncertainty of measurement is explained, and the main factor sample length which affect the result most is also explained. Combined with the test result, the extended uncertainty of measurement is given. The influence of uncertainty branches is ana-lyzed, and the better measurement is put forward which is used for the uncertainty of conductor resistance and other uncertainties.
