摘要
按照GB/T 2951.41的要求,采用热重分析法和管式炉热分解法,分别测试了聚乙烯炭黑色母料和高密度聚乙烯护套料中的炭黑含量。讨论了热重分析法在相同的升温速率和气体流量下,不同温度下切换氧气对炭黑含量测试结果的影响,并对比管式炉热分解法测试炭黑含量,对两种试验方法结果的准确性和重复性作了评价。结果表明:采用热重分析法,在650℃温度下切换氧气测试炭黑含量与直接燃烧法测试结果相近、相对偏差小,测试方法具有优越性,可替代直接燃烧法测试聚乙烯护套料中的炭黑含量。
The content of carbon black was tested by thermal gravity analysis and tube furnace thermal decomposition method in polyethylene color masterbatch and high density polyethylene sheathing material according to GB/T 2951. 41. The effect of switching oxygen in different temperature on the results of testing carbon black were discussed by thermal gravity analysis under the same heating rate and gas flow rate, and the accuracy and repeatability of the re-sults were evaluated by comparing thermal decomposition in tube furnace. The results show that by using the method of thermal gravity analysis, the content of carbon black which switching oxygen at 650 is close to the method of di-rect combustion, the relative deviation is small and the test method is superior. And the method of thermal gravity a-nalysis can replace the direct combustion to test the content of carbon black in polyethylene sheathing material.
