钴玻璃对陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火电缆瓷化性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 随着国家经济的飞速发展,对耐火电缆提出了更加严苛的要求,不仅要满足GB/T 12666—2005,且要通过英国BS 6387:2000规定的耐火、喷淋、震动实验,所以制备出一种结壳强度更加坚硬的陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火电缆相当重要。在陶瓷化硅橡胶中加入钴玻璃粉,采用扫描电镜分析和固定高度摔落法对耐火电缆结壳性能进行研究。结果表明,添加0.5%~0.6%的钴玻璃粉能有效提高陶瓷化硅橡胶耐火电缆的结壳性能。 With the rapid development of national economy, the fire-resistant cable made more stringent require-ments, not only have to meet the standards of GB/T 12666-2005, but also have to pass the tests of fire-resistance, spraying, mechanical vibration metioned in British standards of BS 6387: 2000. Therefore, it is really important to prepare a ceramic silicon rubber refractory cable with a stronger crust. The cobalt glass powder was added into the ce-ramic silicone rubber,and the properties of the refractory cable crusts were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and fixed height drop method. The results showed that adding 0. 5% ?0. 6% cobalt glass powder can effectively im-prove the mechanical properties of the ceramic silicon rubber refractory cable.
