摘要
基于巴哈赛车平台,利用CATIA对赛车车架设计和建模;利用ANSYS软件对车架进行强度和刚度分析,根据分析结果提出车架优化方法。通过修改车架的结构参数,对优化后的车架进行强度和刚度分析,在满足强度和刚度的条件下,降低车架质量,实现车架轻量化设计,对提高赛车动力性和经济性有重要意义。
Based on the Baja racing platform, a car frame was built and designed by CATIA. The model was imported into the finite ele-ment software ANSYS to analyze the strength and stiffness. According to the analysis results, the optimization method was proposed. Under conditions of strength and stiffness, the quality of the frame was reduced and the lightweight design of frame was realized by modifying the frame parameters of the frame. It is important to improve the dynamic and economical efficiency of the car.
