摘要
本文通过一款轻型客车空气流量计在进气系统中的匹配应用为研究对象,提出了基于计算流体动力学(CFD)的设计方法,利用稳态不可压缩流体微分方程和к-ε方程建立湍流模型,定义适当的边界条件,利用fluent软件对进气系统气相流动规律进行数值模拟,得出空气流量计布置区域压力场、速度场的分布,通过对其数值大小及分布均匀性的研究,分析空气流量计信号失真的原因,设计多种解决方案,并从中选取最佳工程方案。这种方法对空气流量计与进气系统的性能集成和结构优化具有一定的指导作用。
A MAFS match application in air intake system(AIS)of a light bus was researched in this paper, the design the method was proposed based on CFD. The pressure distribution and the velocity distribution around the MAFS was simulated with Fluent, based on the turbulence model defined by equation and к-ε equation at certain boundaries. The root cause of MAFS signal deviation was detected through the research on the magnitude and uniformity of the pressure and velocity distribution. Solution concepts and best practise were proposed for improve the signal accuracy of the MAFS,which can be used to guide the design for performance intergration and structure optimize of MAFS and AIS.
