摩擦功对内燃机油耗的影响因素分析与试验验证 被引量:2

摘要 本文首先分析了内燃机的功能转换理论,以燃料的燃烧效率、指示效率和机械效率为基础,通过理论计算推导出内燃机摩擦功与比油耗和热效率的关系式,结果表明内燃机的热效率随着摩擦功的降低而升高,比油耗随着摩擦功的降低而降低;然后通过优化内燃机前端轮系以降低整机摩擦功;最后通过对优化前后的发动机进行台架NEDC油耗测试,结果表明降低摩擦功能够降低发动机的综合油耗,理论分析与试验测试结果保持一致。 The conversion theory of the internal combustion engine was analyzed firstly, the fornulation with friction power and fuel consumption and thermal efficiency was demonstrated on the basis of the combustion efficiency, indicating efficiency and mechanical efficiency secondly, the formulation proving that with the decreasing of the friction power the thermal efficiency become much high while the fuel consumption become much low; then optimizing the driving belt system to reduce the friction power; finally comparing both of the two solutions between optimized and the original type throughout NEDC test on the test bed, the results shows that the theory analyzing was in line with the test dates.
