摘要
大型储油罐焊接部位在拼装焊接过程中产生的残余应力,容易产生应力腐蚀开裂,造成储油过程中局部焊接产生变形,存在安全隐患。本论文基于BOTDA技术对大型储油罐焊接部位变形监测方案进行设计研究,介绍了BOTDA技术原理、监测系统组成部分,并通过室内测试对监测设计方案进行可行性分析。研究结果可为炼油厂油田油库中大型储油罐焊接部位变形监测设计提供可靠的参考依据。
The residual stress produced by the welding parts of the large oil storage tank is easy to cause the stress corrosion cracking of the oil storage tank. This kind of cracking will be localized during the storage process of local welding deformation and this will form a security risk. Based on the BOTDA technology, the deformation monitoring scheme of welding parts in large oil storage tanks was studied.The principle of BOTDA technology, the components of monitoring system, and the feasibility of the monitoring design were analyzed. The results will provide a reliable reference for the deformation monitoring and design of welded parts in large oil storage tanks in oilfield oilfields.
