摘要
介绍了基于光纤以太网、CSC2000和ZKM-SCADA监测功能的低压智能配电系统的设计方案,阐述了系统主从站以及从站控制综合继电保护器、马达保护器等电气设备实现其功能的方法,可与综合继电保护器、智能型低压柜实现数据交换、信息测量并控制其断路器分合,实现变电所各种事件的记录、存储和实时数据上传等功能,同时把所有要求的数据送入中、低压以太网,对整个监测提供优化的友好的人机界面,实时显示各种监控信息[1]。
This paper introduces the design scheme of low voltage intelligent power distribution system based on optical fiber ethernet,CSC2000 and ZKM-SCADA monitoring function, expounds the method of realizing the function of the electrical equipment, such as system master slave station and slave station, controlling the integrated relay protector and motor protector, which can realize data exchange with an integrated relay protector and an intelligent low voltage cabinet, and the information measurement and controlling the splitting of the circuit breaker, and achieve substation events records, storage and real-time data upload and other functions. At the same time, all the required data are sent into the middle and low voltage optical fiber ethernet to provide an optimized friendly man-machine interface for the whole monitoring, and real-time display of various monitoring information.
