台湾乡村社区营造对大陆乡村自组织发展的启示

Enlightenment of the rural community empowerment in Taiwan on the development of self-organization in the mainland of China

乡村自组织作为一种"自下而上"的乡村治理与发展模式,已然成为当下实现我国乡村地区转型发展的重要选择。我国台湾地区自20世纪90年代开始的社区营造运动,其本质就是社区自组织发展,并在乡村社区的实践中取得了显著的成就。通过对中国台湾地区的乡村社区发展历程的回顾,总结出其以自组织发展为主要特征的乡村社区营造中的主要经验,并结合当前大陆乡村自组织发展面临的问题,提出相应的建议与对策。

As a kind of ＂bottom-upM rural governance and development model , the rural self organizat ion has become an important choice for the realization of the transformation and development of rural areas in China. Since the beginning of the 1990s, the community building movement in Taiwan Region of China, with the essence of community development of self-organization, has made remarkable achievements in the practice of rural commu-nities. By reviewing the history of the development of the rural community in Taiwan Region of China, the paper summed up the main experience of the rural community empowerment mainly characteristic of self-organization development, and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures by combining with the problems in the current mainland rural self-organization development.
