人才管理中的“人才官本位”问题及破解思路 被引量:1

摘要 当今世界,人力资源作为一种重要的生产要素,越来越成为组织核心竞争力的关键。我国经济社会转型的步伐加快,对组织中人才的能力和素质提出了新的要求和挑战。人才管理问题日渐突出,特别是"人才官本位"问题,是制约人才发展的巨大障碍。本文立足于江西省委组织部人才专项委托课题的一次关于"人才官本位"的调研,分析"人才官本位"的弊端,寻找相应的对策,认为要破除人才官本位,必须进一步解放思想,健全人才体制建设,营造好的人才成长环境。 In today's world,as an important factor of production,the human resource is getting the core competitiveness of or-ganizations. Our rapid pace of economic social transfer puts forward new requirement and challenge for the personnel abilities and quality in organization. However,the personnel management problems has been more and more obvious,especially the talents' offi-cial standard is a great obstacle in the process of talent development. Based on a sur^^ey of Subject by Jiangxi Ministry of Organiza-tion, the author analyzed the shortcomings of talent official standard,found the corresponding measures. And the author thought that we should liberate thoughts, improve talent system construction and create a good environment for the growth of talents.
