居民医疗保健支出与人口老龄化关系的新认识

New Understanding of Relationship between Residents' Health Care Expenditure and Aging Population

医疗保健支出与人口老龄化的关系是人口年龄结构中的一个重要问题,两者的影响关系是相互的。通过对非限制VAR模型的分析,基于PDL模型对医疗保健支出影响人口老龄化的滞后效应进行理论分析和实证分析,提出医疗保健支出对人口老龄化是一种显著的正向影响。虽然这种影响程度不大,但是随着社会进步,这种影响将越来越重要。

The relationship between health care expenditure and the population aging is an important problem in population age structure,whose affecting relationship is mutual. Through the analysis on unrestricted VAR model,the author made a theoretical a-nalysis and practical analysis on PDL for health care expenditure and aging population based on PDL model,and put forward that it is an obviously positive effect of health care expenditure on aging population. Though the degree of the impact is not great,with the social progress, the impact will be more and more important.
