摘要
笔者研究综述了适宜草菇工厂化栽培的原材料,包括稻草、废棉、玉米芯、杏鲍菇菌渣、金针菇菌渣、蟹味菇菌渣、双孢蘑菇菌渣和甘蔗渣等。给出了一些栽培过程需注意的关键点,以期为草菇栽培者提供参考。
Different substrates to the industrial cultivation o f Volvariella volvacea were reviewed, including rice straw, cotton waste, com cob, Pleurotus eryngii spent waste, Flammulina velutiper spent waste, Hypsizygus marmoreus spent waste, Agaricus bisporus spent waste and bagasse, etc. The key points for the cultivation of different substrates were summarized, in order to provide some guidance for growers.
