摘要 为了改进连续管作业机液控或电控液的传统手动操作模式,提升连续管作业机的自动化水平,提出连续管作业机自动控制系统。分析了操作与工况之间的关联性,在电液控制基础上引入逻辑判断和程序控制,并以气化采煤连续管装备为控制对象设计开发了一套应用样机。样机在模拟试验和现场应用中均取得了良好的效果。研究结果表明:连续管作业机自动控制系统可体现连续管作业机的自动化和信息化水平,解放劳动力的同时,操控更便捷。该系统的成功开发为复合连续管钻机控制系统的研发打下了基础。 In order to improve the traditional manual operation mode of coiled tubing hydraulic control or elec-tro-hydraulic control, the automatic control system of coiled tubing unit is proposed to improve the unit9 s automatic level. The relationship between the operation and the working condition has been analyzed. The logic judgment and program control are introduced on the basis of electro-hydraulic control. A set of control system prototype has been designed for the coiled tubing unit for gasification and coal mining. The prototype has achieved good results in both simulation and field applications. The research results show that the automatic control system can reflect the automa-tion and informatization level of coiled tubing unit, with minimized labor force and more convenient operation, which lays the foundation for the research and development of the control system of compound coiled tubing drilling rig.
