摘要
随着列车的大规模提速,列车运行对自动化控制的依赖性越来越高,轨道电路作为自动化控制系统的重要组成部分,在实际应用中会出现一些故障。如何准确地判断出故障点位置并及时处理故障,已经成为了铁道维修工作的研究重点。ZPW-2000型自动闭塞,对于保证区间行车安全和提高区段通过能力,起着非常显著的作用。目前,ZPW-2000型自动闭塞正在全面推广,已经成为我国行车制式的主流。然而,在实际应用中,ZPW-2000A型无绝缘轨道电路在运行时会发生故障。因此,对ZPW-2000A无绝缘自动闭塞故障处理方面进行了一些探讨。在理解ZPW-2000A轨道电路设备组成及原理的基础上,对ZPW-2000A轨道电路故障进行了分类,并以流程图的形式对每种故障类型作了详细分析。最后以案例分析的形式验证了该操作流程的可行性及可操作性,为以后轨道电路维修工人及时排除故障提供了便利。
With the rapid train speed increasing in large area, the operation of trains is increasingly depending on automatic control,Track circuit, as an important part of the automatic control system, some faults may occur in practical application. Accurately judging the fault and locating the position of fault as well as promptly dealing with the fault become the research priorities of the maintenance of railway. ZPW - 2000 track circuit equipment plays a very significant role in ensuring the range safety, improving the section through capacity. At present, ZPW - 2000 has been fully promoted in the overall railway, and has become the mainstream of driving standard in our country. While, in practical application of ZPW - 2000A uninsulated tracking circuit,some reasons may lead to the faults in the run - time. Based on the understanding of the composition and principle of ZPW - 2000A track circuit equipment, the faults of ZPW - 2000A track circuit are classified and each type of fault is analyzed in the form of flowchart. Finally, the feasibility and operability of the process flow are verified by the case analysis, which provides convenience to the tracking circuit workers in future maintenance for troubleshooting.
